Fuller’s kitchens are renowned for their passionate chefs and attention to detail, and The Roebuck is no exception. If you visit us for lunch, dinner, or a light bite to eat, you’ll be well looked after by our Head Chef, Ryan Carthy.
Thanks to our hand-picked suppliers, our pub classics are anything but ordinary – you’ll find British pork sausages from Owton’s Family Butchers in your bangers and mash, and freshly caught haddock on your plate of fish and chips. Our sandwiches are deep-filled, and our sharing platters plentiful, while our desserts are truly mouthwatering. And for a real treat, you can always add a scoop of our very special Laverstoke Park Farm buffalo milk ice cream.
